To make matters worse, I was charged more than what I was quoted online, without any explanation. It feels like they lack basic knowledge about their own policies and procedures.

the walls were kind of thin. you could hear neighbors too easily. the gym was surprisingly decent and the kitchenette setup was really handy. plus the room was super clean and had a big fridge!

Found this place to be pleasantly surprising. The room was equipped with a full kitchen, I was able to whip up some late-night snacks but also enjoy the comfy seating area after a long day. Plus, the staff really made you feel welcome, they were just a phone call away when we needed some extra towels.
